Batman The Animated Series
20th Anniversary (1992 - 2012)
This year marks the 20th Anniversary of Batman The Animated Series. Bruce Timm and Eric Radomski designed this much celebrated Art Deco depiction of the character Batman and his fictional setting of Gotham City. They were influenced by Frank Miller’s The Dark Knight, and Tim Burton’s feature film productions of Batman.
This series also saw the birth of the character Harley Quinn by Paul Dini and Bruce Timm. In 20 years Harley Quinn’s popularity has only grown.
In tribute to this fantastic program Planet X has started to round up the Batman Animated Actions Figures that were released for this series (and its sequels) in the early to mid-nineties. More will be available on the webstore as soon as they are uncovered.
