To start the transfer process please fill out the Planet X Store Transfer form or email us the items you would like and where you would like to have them sent. Be sure to let us know if you need the items by a specific date, and remember to include your name and telephone number. We will notify you when your items are available at your chosen Planet X Store for purchase. Please allow a minimum of 72 hours for transfer.
